I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a great view of the street below, allowing us to enjoy the natural breeze without needing to use the ceiling fan or air conditioning. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small overall. The service was exceptional, with efficient housekeeping and laundry services available, along with a lovely welcome drink and pet amenities. The location was perfect, being close to everything in Old San Juan, including the Marriot and Stellaris Casino, offering easy access to explore the area by foot. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the hot breakfast included and the delicious rolls around the corner. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy with a comfy King size bed, tall ceilings, fridge, wet bar, great A/C, and two TV's with satellite service. Although my room looked over a parking lot, I appreciated the added security with safes in the room. The service was excellent with attentive housekeeping, laundry service, a nice welcome drink, and pet amenities available. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the vibrant Old San Juan, surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants. However, there was a small hiccup with the room not being cleaned as expected. When it comes to dining, the options were limited to packaged food and coffee, which was a downside. The facilities were adequate, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms have a great wood and old world character with all the modern amenities you need. Lighting could be improved, but the cold A/C, super comfy mattress, and awesome shower more than make up for it. With 3 rooms on the property, it's a cozy haven.
